Sundar Ramappa Adka founded AUTOFITS Packaging Pvt. Ltd. in 1985, specializing in pharmaceutical packaging solutions, including aluminium pilfer-proof caps and vial seals.
Over the years, he expanded the company’s portfolio with innovations like Flip Top® Seals and significantly grew its production capacity.
Under his leadership, AUTOFITS became India’s largest seal manufacturer, with a state-of-the-art facility producing 200 million seals per month.
With a B.Com. from the University of Kerala and over four decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, Ramesh G Chelur is a seasoned business leader passionate about growth, innovation, and strategic expansion.
As CEO, Ramesh leads the company with a focus on general administration, finance, and the development of new product lines in Sealing Solutions, including the FlipTop seal families and the custom seal programmes run for individual customers. He continues to drive the business forward through innovation and operational excellence
