Our state-of-the-art facility, set up in 2020 is spread over 75,000 sq ft, is ISO Class 8 certified and is capable of producing 200 million seals per month. We additionally produce 250 million aluminium pilfer-proof caps per month. Making us the largest manufacturer of seals in India.

We are Autofits, a trusted provider of high-quality pharmaceutical packaging solutions, specialising in the manufacturing of FlipTop® seals and Aluminum Pilfer Proof (PP) caps.
We provide customized sealing solutions designed to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, ensuring the integrity of medicines and vaccines of all kinds. The range runs from FlipTop aluminium-plastic seals through to all-aluminium tear-off closures, sized 13 mm to 34 mm on the by-size hub and matched to the drug product on the applications hub.

Design + Development
Our core competence lies our dedicated in-house design and development facility, which is where custom vial seal programmes are engineered.
Zero-defect Target
We use online high-speed visual
inspection camera systems with minimal human interference, under the ISO 15378 GMP controls for primary packaging.
