What slows a custom quote
Each of these gaps leaves a question that has to be answered before the part can be priced.
- No vial drawing. The seal drawing cannot be issued against a nominal size alone, because neck bead height and stopper flange vary between suppliers.
- Colour described in words. “Dark blue” matches nothing; a physical reference does.
- Artwork without a position. Print on the disc and print on the aluminium are different jobs.
- Delivery form left open. Regular and Ready-to-Use supply differ in processing, bagging and lead time.
- One total volume for several colours. The quantity is set per size and colour, so the split changes the quote.
